A good days work

I had a very productive day at art school yesterday after having two weeks off I went into the sculpture studio raring to go, here are the 3 little pieces I made, still using bits from an assorted box of stuff I bought at a Trash n Treasure market last year and a couple of wood off cuts,
I'm very happy with my out come, what do you think?

have been busy in the studio at Art School and at home in the fibre studio and trying to not loose my days sitting at the computer, so I'm sorry I haven't posted for a while

here are two companion pieces that I've been working on in the sculpture studio this term, I think they are finished - but maybe not..........

Party Animals.......

I know I know I've been gone for waaaay to long, several shows and teaching interstate took me away but I'm back for a bit and hope to show you all the wonderful photos from my travels.
This is what my frogs have been getting up to a lot recently - making MORE frogs....

Gymea Lilly

A friend recently gave us the dried flower head from a Gymea Lilly and I couldn't resist the urge to photograph it before Tim broke open some of the seed pods and scattered them across the back garden and threw the rest of it up the back to see what eventuates, I have heard that we will need to wait about 20 years before we will see a flower though.





our frogs are working overtime out in the clean pond, there is spawn everywhere, have just taken some photos and will post them tomorrow, now I'm off to drive up to Sydney to the Art House Hotel for Dr Sketchy's Burlesque drawing class tonight with Nic and Kate, should be a hoot.

I've been without email since Sunday, our server had a major power outage but I'm still able to Google, weird - how much longer will it be - I can't cope without mail........
