Well hello everyone, its been nearly 15 years since I've written anything on my Blog, a lota life has happened in that time. My eldest sister Glenice died suddenly in April 2011 and I moved back to Perth to care for our mum, sadly mum passed a year later, I stayed in Perth and re invented my self as an Assemblage Artist, and over time I had 2 solo Exhibitions in Dwellingup. I had a lovely visitor to the second exhibition around 7 years ago who was interested in all of my pieces and loved to hear the story behind each piece. She was very taken by Princess Tillie the Mystical Magical flying Dragon (her body is a yacht tiller hence the name) and said I should write a book about her - and the seed was planted. A lota life got in the way as it does and finally a year ago I started on the project, I had Princess Tillie for the start and Buzzy Bee for the end so just had to make more characters and write the story to fit them all together. My book has just been published YAYYYYY and now working towards the book launch. And here she is.....
